Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning implementation and maintenance of our network infrastructure. The Network Engineer will play a key role in troubleshooting network issues identifying new requirements and designing and implementing network solutions to ensure optimal performance. You will need to visit the domestic client’s offices / data centres daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.

• Maintain Customer database.
• Able to handle Level 2/ Level 3 support for network issues.
• Involved in all escalated cases and helping L1/L2 to resolve the same
• Maintain & update documentations.
• Monthly / Quarterly governance meeting with customers
• Preparing RCA for escalated issue.
• Manage support cases to enable faster resolution.
• Ensure knowledge sharing across the team and enable best practices.
• Ability to deliver against deadlines
• Ready to work on 24/7 basis
• Driving cases and delivery targets with OEM
• Must possess good customer handling skills.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 8+ years or above experience in network design implementation troubleshooting and support.
• Min B.E / B Tech /BSC IT or equivalent graduation completed. Min 15 Years of Education required.
• Strong in Enterprise and Cloud Networking fundamentals
• Strong hands-on protocols e.g. – RIP OSPF EIGRP BGP L2VPN EVPN ACI SDN etc
• Should have good exposure on SPINE – LEAF topology. Cisco Nexus 9K Switches with VXLAN technology Cisco ISR / ASR routing F5/ Citrix Load Balancers
• Good understanding of Network troubleshooting in Banking environment.
• Should have knowledge on banking / ISP infra networking management.
• Good knowledge for Network tools – Solar wind WhatsApp Gold HP open view etc.
• Knowledge in Riverbed platform.
