Your Role and Responsibilities
Network team lead are the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our company and our clients. As a Network team lead with IBM you will have the opportunity to provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network. Your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring integrity of and access to our most important resource data. You will need to visit the domestic client’s offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.
Responsibilities:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Min 5-8 years of experience with experience in the following areas:
• Maintain Customer database.
• CCNACCNP- Certifications Required
• Able to handle Level 2/ Level 3 support for network issues.
• Involved in all escalated cases and helping L1 to resolve the same
• Maintain & update documentations.
• Monthly / Quarterly governance meeting with customers
• Preparing RCA for escalated issue.
• Manage support cases to enable faster resolution.
• Ensure knowledge sharing across the team and enable best practices.
• Ability to deliver against deadlines
• Driving cases and delivery targets with OEM
• Must possess good customer handling skills.
