Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product/Process troubleshooting service for daily process issue, To provide containment actions and corrective actions.
• Maintain and update a working knowledge, process flows, configuration, and any other assigned technical area. 
• Provide leadership for related incidents or feedback from drive function tests and quality related to the manufacturing process and implement appropriate corrective and preventive action.
• Participate in product and technology transfer between work sites.
• Provide supervision and guidance to the technical crew
• To adequately train and control the actions of their employees to minimize accidents and incidents causing injury and damage
• To liaise with vendors supplying tooling/fixtures spares and fixtures components.
• Lead technicians to achieve department objective goals
• Other job assignments from the supervisor
• Ensure commonality/standardization among the same process/system within related manufacturing
• Comply with 7S activity to ensure the working area is good housekeeping
• Comply with EH&S policy to ensure all workforce safety and sustain a good environment

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge in statistical tools (MSA, Hypothesis, SPC, Lean manufacturing, FMEA, 8D problem solving)
• Project experience in innovation, strategy, or related fields

SKILLS:

• Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft Office, PLC, Minitab, Solidwork, Power BI, and Spotfire
• Skill in basic programming (C, Python)
• Skill in communication and presentation
• Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (Written and Listening)
