Job Title: Data Science & Research - SVP

Duties: Identify data-driven insights for optimizing operations and determining the financial impact. Analyze internal financial records/supplemental operating data to track relationships between implemented operating strategies and financial results. Design analytical models/structures to evaluate new acquisition opportunities. Train/mentor data science associates. Evaluate/develop/monitor operating metrics. Perform predictive analytics, such as analysis of internal tenant data to develop comprehensive profiles for behavioral tracking. Keep updated on residential REIT space. Remain up to date on the latest changes in industry-wide demand and supply, technological trends, and impact of regulatory changes. Aid investor relations team in conveying companies' performance/strategic vision to outside investors. Organize creation/maintenance of financial and decision model operating reports related to implementation of cost-saving initiatives, revenue-enhancing investments, and operating efficiency practices. Supervises: Management Analysts; Data Scientists; Engineers.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field of study. Five (5) years related experience as a Lead Equity Research Analyst, VP of Residential REIT Research or related occupation. Experience is required and must include the following: Handling data architecture and design; Conducting and consolidating a variety of primary and secondary research projects; Completing financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and decision models; Building comprehensive frameworks to evaluate real estate investments; and Demonstrating a strong understanding of residential REIT business fundamentals. *This position is 100% remote.

Travel: Domestic travel is occasionally required 25% of time.
