Envision Physician Services is hiring a full time Nurse Practitioner for Yuma Medical Center.

*This position is for the Observation Unit only – must be experienced. Acute Care NP preferred

Position Profile:

• Nurse Practitioners will work independent with no direct physician oversight
• Prior experience will be key and the ability to follow protocols
• 15-bed unit that will be single staffed by a ACNP
• 12-hour shifts- 6:30-6:30, 10a-10p, 6:30p-6:30a
• 24-hour coverage
• Very nice and quiet corner of the ED
• Travel and lodging are covered

What began in 1958 as a 75-bed community hospital has now become a 406-bed acute care facility that offers comprehensive, state-of-the-art medical care and services to the residents of Yuma and the surrounding communities. 3 hours from Phoenix, AZ, and 2 hours from San Diego, CA

YRMC offers inpatient and outpatient surgery, rehabilitation programs, diagnostic and specialty services and programs. YRMC was a recipient of the Level 3 Achievement Award by the Southwest Alliance for Excellence. It is DNV-GL-Healthcare accredited for meeting and exceeding patient safety standards.

• Level III NICU
• Awarded an "A" Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group for meeting the highest safety standards in the U.S.
• Cancer Center is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer
• Radiation Oncology program is accredited by the American College of Radiology
