Your To Do's:

• Understand the trends of target segments and targeted competitors by analysing market data, norms and customer habits
• Be the voice of the customer by revealing customers' needs, pains and willingness to pay
• Define the Unique Value Proposition of the future product line and the business models to achieve our goals
• Responsible for the Marketing Business Plan and the New Offer Business Plan
• Define the marketing specification of the new offering in an Agile process
• Manage the specification's changes and renouncements

Your Profile:

• A degree (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) in electrical engineering, automation technology or a related field
• An additional degree in Marketing will be a plus
• At least three years of experience in a marketing position
• Mandatory extensive knowledge and experience in the field of industrial safety
• Strong team player, ability to work successfully with multicultural teams in an international and multi-sites environment
• Willingness to travel internationally (maximum 20%)
• Fluency in English, German and French language skills are advantageous
