Job Description

Meet GTV

We’re modernizing in-store marketing to help brands and retailers reach shoppers. Our platform makes it easy to run digital advertising campaigns throughout the physical grocery store.

Our team enjoys the complexities of a product that’s both physical and digital and balances the needs of retailers, brands, and agencies. We’re founder-led with Series B funding and values that prioritize ownership, growth, transparency, and partnership.

Here are the problems you’ll be solving

Grocery TV is reinventing how retailers and brands connect with shoppers in stores. Reaching nearly 1 in 4 American adults, our network is paving the way for a growing part of the advertising market: in-store retail media.

We’re hiring an Office Coordinator to join our People + Culture team in Austin, Texas. You’ll play a significant role in crafting the office experience and engaging our team.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be in our Austin office daily and travel to our NYC office quarterly. Our team chooses to come in 2-3x a week, so we’re hiring this role to invest in the team’s experience when they’re in the office.

What you'll own

Ownership is a cornerstone of the employee experience. With that, we take pride in fostering an environment where our teammates can take the initiative for their growth and the success of their team & organization. Here are some responsibilities this role will own.

  • Designing an intentional office experience for our diverse, hybrid team.
  • Keeping the office tidy, decluttered, and fully stocked, especially the kitchen.
  • Being the go-to contact for the team and building on office questions, requests, and repairs.
  • Managing the budget for and relationships with the various vendors that make the office a clean, safe, and welcoming place to be.
  • Bringing whimsy to the office. You’ll own how we celebrate the team and employee gifts as well as create moments of connection through volunteering and office treats + events.
  • Discovering ways to best include our NYC hub and remote folks, especially during Austin-led events and meetings.
  • Organizing the company calendar and thoughtfully communicating with the team about events or the office via Slack and email.
  • Treating the office as your canvas by taking on relevant ad hoc projects, proposing ideas, researching best practices, and bringing our values to life.
  •

Growth opportunities

We value the in-person experience; it leads to serendipitous interactions and collaboration. This role will be able to quickly make a tactical impact on that experience and, from there, be able to grow strategically, especially in the realms of commercial real estate and office design.

Who we're looking for

  • You’ve worked in a customer-facing or service role and enjoy providing a concierge experience—bonus points for event planning or office coordination experience.
  • You’ve vetted vendors or contractors in a professional, academic, or household setting.
  • You’ve created and organized well-designed spaces at home or work.
  • You’re ready to embrace and learn to use our Team + People tools, including Slack, Notion, G-Suite, 15Five, and Greenhouse.
  • You have a keen interest in People, Culture, Entrepreneurship, Startups, and Tech.
  • You pay attention to things most people ignore and find a way to calm the chaos.
  • You enjoy researching, brainstorming new ideas, and iterating based on feedback.
  • You’re empathetic and seek to include many perspectives and backgrounds.
  • You’re able to generate enthusiasm and optimism around events or projects.
  • You’re eager to have growing ownership and see the direct impact of your hard work.

Compensation

As a part of our commitment to transparency, we use a market-based formula that provides consistency across roles & experience levels and publish all of our compensation data internally for our team.

  • Office Coordinator I $64,000
