In this position on our Admin team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our success by supporting the people and place aspects of the business. You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running and welcoming office space, while simultaneously championing our People Operations initiatives. This means you'll get to dip your toes into both worlds - crafting an exceptional employee experience and fostering a vibrant company culture, while keeping the physical office humming.

Office Management Responsibilities
- Hosting Guests & Supporting Employees: Greeting all individuals who walk through the door and ensuring an exceptional impression and experience in the agency’s physical space.Â
- Office Upkeep: Ensure the physical workspace is clean, functional, and reflects the company's brand and values. Coordinate necessary maintenance, repairs, and updates.
- Technology Management: Ensure shared hardware and technology resources in the office are functional, efficient, and properly utilized including wifi, video conferencing hardware, and individual resources (monitors, keyboards, mice, etc.).
- Facilities Coordination: Liaise with building management and facilities vendors including but not limited to landlord, management agency, utilities providers, housekeeping service, and postal providers.
- Office Supplies and Equipment: Inventory, order, and stock essential office supplies and equipment.Â
- Space Planning: Optimize office layout for collaboration, workspaces, and any future growth projections.
- Budgeting: Manage and document expenses and purchases pertaining to office needs (food, beverages, travel, supplies, events, vendors, etc.) in accordance with pre-determined budgets.
People Operations Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist HR and Hiring Managers with attracting talent through job postings, screenings, and scheduling interviews. Create exceptional new-hire onboarding experiences that align with company culture.
- Performance Management: Support performance review processes by providing administrative assistance, tracking documentation, and coordinating feedback cycles.
- Culture Building: Support agency’s culture committee in planning and executing fun activities, team events, celebrations, guest speaker engagements, and initiatives that boost morale and engagement (both in-office and remote settings) through tasks like research, outreach, scheduling, setup, and oversight.
- Benefits & Wellness: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, and promote wellness initiatives in the workplace.

The salary range for this position is $50,000-55,000. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Atlanta office in the Morningside neighborhood. You’ll work in the office at least 2 days per week (Tue/Thu required) and must have reliable transportation to make purchases and run errands related to the job responsibilities listed above.Â
