Job Responsibilities
As an Office Services Technician you will provides exceptional office and mail services, delivering operational functions in the following areas: processing of inbound/outbound mail, distributing/delivering of mail, shipping and receiving product and supplies to support onsite business service center, replenishing/organizing/ordering office supplies (pens, paper, toner), insuring copy/print machines are functional and stocked.
Additional responsibilitiesÂ
- Manage the production systems of the Digital print centers, production control, customer communication, quality control.
- Operate and maintain printing equipment to produce high-quality BW/color printing equipment Distributes mail/packages to company personnel.
- Distributes mail/packages to company personnel.
- Arrange for messenger and FedEx deliveries.
- Set up/clean up for in house meetings to include moving furniture, laying out food and cleaning tables off copiers/printers.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipping of completed orders to clients, utilizing proper packaging and shipping methods.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency and meet production deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including printing equipment maintenance and inventory management.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience
- 6-10 years of experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, Bluebeam, and Adobe Reader, Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.

Syska’s work schedule is 4 days - Monday to Thursday 9 hours in the office and Fridays 4 hours work from home.

The salary range listed below is for this particular job posting. Actual pay range for candidates will be commensurate with candidate’s experience, skillsets and competencies and may differ based on the cost of labor in their particular location.
