Job Description
Job Summary:
The Office Support will be responsible for managing the administrative activities so that administrative staff, office supplies and equipment, and other resources are used effectively and economically, offering necessary and professional administration support to other function departments. The position holder will create a good image of the company.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically
- Activities may include but are not limited to: office supplies and equipment, cafeteria services, corporate hotels, filing and inventory, courier services, cleaning, gardening, maintenance services, property and leasing related, issue reception, visitors, company car/shuttle bus management, seat arrangement, open/close sales offices and communication systems (such as telephone, fax transmissions systems, etc.), other administrative assistance and activities support, safety and security concern, admin policy and process optimization
- Liaise with building management, landlord and various vendors, in lease updating, rental payment, facility maintenance, working space reallocation
- Coordinate with management and landlord from day to day basis (air-conditioning, leakage and etc.)
- Liaise with functional managers to ensure that office administration policies/process, programs, and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs
- Plan, prioritize, and manage maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment, facilities, and systems to minimize disruptions to business activities and use the organization's resources effectively
- Research, evaluate, and recommend office supplies and equipment purchases to minimize costs and meet the organization's business needs
- Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers (e.g. landlord, property management, cleaning vendor, etc.) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of para-professional staff to ensure that administrative activities are completed on time, according to established standards, and within established budgets

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above in relevant field
Experiences:
- More than 8 years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Experiences in working with both Korean traditional company and MNC will be ideal
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficient at office computer skills
- Pleasant personality, service-oriented, self-motivated, energetic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently solve problems but also like to work in a team
Language:
- Good command in both English & Korean
Working Conditions/Environment:
Willingness to travel locally or globally if needed
