The Oligo Product Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for providing expert technical leadership during sales process by demonstrating superior product and application knowledge for Cytiva large scale DNA/RNA synthesis products.

This position is part of the Genomic Medicines and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you'll do

• Provide expert technical leadership during sales process by demonstrating superior product and application knowledge for Cytiva large scale DNA/RNA synthesis products.
• Accountable to the Nucleic Acid Therapeutics team for performance of area sales goals. Work with assigned area sales team to meet and exceed Modality annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with the top accounts in their region through personal contact on a regular basis.
• Support customer synthesis, purification and manufacturing projects by providing product and application information, answering inquiries, giving presentation, assist with logistics, and providing limited lab bench work in support.
• Provide competitive product/market reports and regular feedback on customer needs and satisfaction to internal stakeholders

Who you are

• Domain expertise gained through a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with min. 8 years of relevant experience; PhD with min. 4 years of relevant experience in Biomanufacturing/ related Life Sciences field with direct linkage to Nucleic Acid Therapeutic market or manufacturing
• Demonstrated track record in Executive/ C-suite level presentations, executive level communication skills
• Ability to discuss technology innovation at an appropriate scientific level from PhD development scientists to CEO
• Data driven approach to segment decision making, track record of developing business cases or strategic proposals
• Innovation - develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas

The salary range is $88,200 to $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
