A Little About the Role:
Ooni is in the middle of a growth phase in the United States and looking to hire some key roles. This role will work alongside our US Sales Team (and our Global Sales Team) to support the growth of our omni channel retail presence in this market. The Sales Coordinator is accountable for delivering superior customer service that includes eating pizza, processing sales orders, assisting with a variety of sales activities. Then eat some more pizza. Rinse. Repeat.
What you'll do:
- Be an amazingly efficient and wonderfully organized Sales Coordinator. Supporting our sales and account management team so they can get out there and sell more ovens to our US and Canada clients! This team is based out of our Austin, Texas office.
- You'll be processing purchase orders, invoicing, data entry, data tidying, processing customer order forms, research, issuing point of sale materials, sending out samples of our fantastic products to our ever increasing retail network.
- We're a young, rapidly growing business and there's loads going on... We'll ask you to be flexible in your approach and roll with the punches (not literally the punching, that goes against our Kindness value).
- You'll be helping us shape our sales team and future-proof for some seriously ambitious growth - that means helping implement some seriously rigorous processes to set the tone for the next 3-5 years.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Have 1- 3 years' experience of working in a B2B sales and/or account role, preferably within the outdoor industry, consumer goods, or a retailer.
- Can really get on board with our values. Especially Rigour for this job. And even more especially Passion. Actually, especially all of them. They're all important.
- Are you a good juggler? Not literally, but there's a lot going on so you need to know how to track and manage competing priorities. And I suppose if you literally are a good juggler then that can only be a good thing.
- Possess a hawk-like eye for detail and porcupine-like passion for process. Those porcupines... I mean, what are they like? So passionate about the process.
- Are a good communicator. That's written and spoken in English, but importantly also listening and understanding.
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Have a positive, growth mindset
You'll get bonus points if you:
- Have admin experience ... Ideally with experience of working with SAP, Freshsales, NetSuite and/or other CRM platforms. (Not essential, but you'd get a big tick for this!)
