The Operations Analyst, Plan Loading supports incoming projects and work designed to improve the consistency, accuracy, and efficiency of system configuration. Through collaboration with stakeholders in the organization and gaining an understanding of Oscar’s platform capabilities, this role ensures information is loaded accurately and efficiently, all while furthering the mission of Oscar: making healthcare more affordable for all.
