The opportunity:
As a member of the APAC Quoting team, your mission will be to ensure the timely and accurate processing of quotations for our clients, playing a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to support our growth initiatives at Flexport.
You will:
- Prepare and share precise quotations for our clients, ensuring all details are aligned with client needs and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary pricing and operational information, facilitating comprehensive quotation development.
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries regarding quotes, ensuring prompt communication and resolution of any issues.
- Analyze data related to quotation trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency in the quoting process.
- Assist in analyzing market trends and client feedback to refine our quotation strategies, enhancing our competitive edge.
You should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service roles.
- Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for performance improvement.
- A proactive approach with a focus on delivering accurate results under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in building client relationships and fostering trust.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing documentation and client communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments while maintaining a strong sense of accountability.
- High integrity and alignment with company values, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Account Management experience is a plus.
