About the Role

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Operations team by handling a variety of support tasks, including but not limited to, communication, travel, meeting logistics and support, expense management, reporting, and day to day requests.

A Day in the Life

  • Coordinates details of meetings and/or events, both virtual and in-person, from conception to completion and provides on-site support (if necessary). Events could include:
    1. Conference
    2. Expos
    3. Franchise Advisory council
    4. Investor relation Events
    5. Operations Team Meetings
    6. Weekly leadership meetings
  • Supports logistics, meeting minutes, communication and follow-up for the Franchise Advisory Council (FAC).
  • Owns the corporate center invoice approval process.
  • Franconnect administrative support.
  • Tracks and follow-ups on corporate center repairs and maintenance.
  • Owns the weekly CO updates.
  • Supports the creation of documents and resources, including quarterly board decks.
  • Supports the quarterly business review.
  • Owns the weekly contest reporting-SPT/Wax Pass/Retail/Rebook.
  • Alignment updates (mapping, comms, IT alignment and set-up)
  • Creates Ad hoc reports, as needed.
  • Manages travel, including but not limited to planning schedules, accommodations, agendas, events, meals, and travel expenses, as needed.
  • Prepares financials for center visits.
  • Acts as the culture champion for the Operations team, ensuring special milestones (birthdays, anniversaries, etc) are celebrated, and plans special events for the team.
  • Supports various tasks related to the network Culture challenge.
  • Supports the L&D team with various tasks, including follow-ups for the network mentorship program.

Education and Experience

  • 1-3 years of related experience
