Playtech‘s Mr Green unit is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Executive with excellent communication skills.
On a daily basis you will be working closely with all aspects of the business, on several campaigns and BAU initiatives concurrently.
As an Operations Executive, you will be expected to work under the direction of the Operations Manager to ensure the completion of project and BAU tasks. Our work spans over multi-channel front-end applications (desktop, mobile, retail and tablet platforms) as well as back-office tools for configuring and scheduling Casino/Bingo games, managing promotions and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a very good understanding of how promotions work alongside a proficiency in working with data and back-office systems. Collaborating with multiple teams, (CRM, Product, Development, Account Management, Marketing and Operations) the candidate should be able to take direction from both written and verbal briefs as well as react quickly to unforeseen circumstances.
Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Ensure that all aspects relating to the operation of campaigns are set up and working correctly. This can include, bonuses, game launches, daily retention games, reactivation campaigns
- Assist the Casino Product team with the testing of new game launches
- Work with all teams within the business to create the best bonus set ups and campaign journeys
- Create and manage digital marketing offers from setup to expiry
- Manage bonusing queries from Customer Services
- Work with gaming providers to ensure features such as Leaderboards, Prize Drops, Prize draws etc. are set up and running correctly
- Work with marketing teams in the planning stages of promotional campaigns to ensure best practice for mechanics are used to guarantee a smooth customer experience
- Create and build bonus templates to fulfil marketing and promotional campaigns
- Work with Daily Retention Games and their providers to ensure that the games run smoothly, and any issues are swiftly rectified
- Work with product teams to ensure new game launches are successful by testing games launch correctly and bonuses are triggering
- Build, test and remove welcome and other sign-up offers
- Website integration testing
- Working with CRM teams to create automated journeys for segmented cohorts

- Are naturally organized and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks
- Possess strong teamwork, persuasive, influencing, coordination, and planning skills
- Stay resilient and thrive when working to tight deadlines under pressure
- Have experience working with Excel and Power BI

- Experience within a promotions/marketing team
- Technical Background (Academic or recent experience)
- Knowledge of or experience within an Online Gaming environment
- Casino/Bingo Product knowledge
- Experience working with back-office systems such as IMS and PT Bingo (BOS)
- Being highly organised and focused on deadlines when working in a high paced environment
