About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Operations Specialist to join our team. You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a knack for problem-solving and streamlining processes. With a background in data management and automation, you excel at creatively executing tasks and projects. You thrive in remote work environments, managing your time effectively and communicating proactively. 

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

• Execute tasks and projects involving data sourcing, entry, and consolidation within our platform, Google Sheets, and Google Slides;
• Develop and implement automation solutions for repetitive manual tasks using tools like Zapier, Make, and AI technologies such as ChatGPT 4.0 and Copilot;
• Develop and optimize front-end components for our email and marketplace platforms using HTML/CSS and automation to enhance operational efficiency;
• Over-communicate and self-manage your priorities, providing regular updates and feedback via project management tools;
• Assist in various strategic projects, by leveraging SQL or similar competencies, to provide reliable data and insights. Your work will support decision-making processes and help drive the company’s success.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Data Management / SaaS Platform Operation Support;
• Proven experience in data management, including data sourcing, entry, and consolidation;
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and automation tools like Zapier or Make;
• Basic technical abilities, particularly in automating repetitive tasks and building simple scripts in Ruby or Javascript;
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive approach to over-communicating and providing clear, regular updates;
• Highly-organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own priorities and time effectively; 
• Creative and resourceful in executing tasks and solving problems. Ability to think critically and find innovative solutions to improve processes;
• A collaborative mindset, ready to work with diverse teams and contribute to the company’s overall goals.
