Job Description

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

The Configuration analyst will support a team of associates responsible for completing configuration and testing activities. Prioritize work requests to ensure completion in accordance to project timelines and deliverables. Maintain alignment to standard processes. Ensure appropriate auditing of configuration. Communicate with internal project teams about configuration and testing status, and verify configuration requests. Consider the relationship between project financials and configuration and testing activities to make decisions that positively impact the financial health of a project. Identify and act as an escalation point of contact for configuration issues and risks. Apply and communicate configuration concepts and domain knowledge to internal project teams.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 4 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
  • At least 1 year of application or system configuration, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • At least 5 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
• Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Qualifications

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

New York City Pay Range: from $31.59 to $61.88 per hour; from $65,700 to $128,700 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $31.59 to $58.61 per hour; from $65,700 to $121,900 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
