Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Exp: 5Years 
Location: Hyderabad / Onsite 
Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience with Oracle HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Fast Formula & Absence Management with OTL.
- Proven track record in Oracle Cloud HCM functional setups.
- Strong technical configuration & development expertise.
- Experience in full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations.

Oversee 3-4 full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Hands-on technical configuration and development.
- Client-site implementations and thought leadership.
- Mentor junior HCM consultants.
- Collaborate with global clients.
