Description and Requirements

Maintain accurate customer records in all software systems, CRM, ECC, accounting and other programs. Order Processing. Respond to internal customers inquiries for information such as PSD, POD dates, or other existing order questions. . Make calls to the warehouse to know that all the orders flow correctly and keep tracking of each order. Enter, proof of delivery, and process orders for internal customer acknowledgment. Maintain superior level of accuracy while doing any work, particularly involving order management. Communicate with sales staff and Master planning to verify all information is correct and clear up any missing information or inconsistencies on orders. Provide back-up support to Master planning and B. ops office manager. Maintain file systems and daily filing tasks for all orders. Perform other related duties in support of the bussiness ops team.
