Description
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing the detailed and organized operations of order processing. Key duties include requesting purchase orders, verifying invoices, preparing shipments, and updating order records with status, charges, and customer information. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in procurement, order management, inventory control, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory and manage stock levels
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly and shipped to the right address
- Provide customers with information about order status
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to resolve issues
- Manage returns and exchanges
- Comply with safety and hygiene regulations
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies
- Create and manage 3rd party PO in Coupa
- Monitor 3rd party purchased items and invoices
- Process account payable on time
- Monitor import clearance.
- Order Fulfilment related administrative tasks.
- Any other tasks assigned.
- Associate degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics field
- High command of spoken and written English
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good team player
- Proficiency in MS office, Salesforce/Coupa would be an advantage
- Hands-on experience in L/C operations
- Experience in the medical field would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong understanding of supply chain procedures
