Position Summary

There's no better place in our business to get grounded in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry than in our Order Revenue Management (ORM) department. This group manages the critical functions relating to the order to cash process. ORM also serves as a crucial contributor and trusted advisor in working toward our larger mission of enriching the lives of pets everywhere.

As an Order & Revenue Management Associate, you'll execute Order Life Cycle functional activities in the areas of Customer Service, Dispute Resolution, Accounts Receivable, and Vendor Managed Inventory. You'll identify business concerns and proactively collaborate cross-functionally to provide analysis to resolve issues and drive efficiencies that support the organizational objectives.

  • Process new customer sales orders timely and accurately
  • Actively monitor sales order progression and proactively escalate opportunities to achieve on-time delivery and mitigate potential risks
  • Resolve and eliminate customer disputes by providing analysis cross-functionally with recommendations to address and correct root causes
  • Collect overdue invoices through collaborative relationships with customers' accounts payables department
  • Monitor and investigate payment trends and provide early escalation of payment timeliness issues to key stakeholders
  • Utilize Power BI Dashboards to perform the analysis needed to identify and improve customer performance results
  • Successfully complete the department's progressive training program, demonstrating proficiency in the business functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR Business-Related Associate Degree OR High School Diploma/GED plus experience below
  • 2+ years of experience in 1 or more of the following areas: Customer Service, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Dispute Resolution, or Accounts Receivable

Other

  • 1 + years' experience with Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, Office 365, Business Object or Power BI is preferred
