FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA (USA). Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE General Otolaryngologist to join the collegial group of energetic ENT and Audiology providers in Fargo, ND.

Practice Details:

• Current physician group consists of five otolaryngologists that provide comprehensive care to all ages of patients and subspecialization in head & neck cancer and neuro-otology.
  • 6 Audiologists
• 8 Advanced practice providers
• Opportunity to build your practice in any/all of the following areas: general ENT, laryngology, sleep, pediatrics,
• Block Time in OR and Same Day Surgery
• Call currently is 1:6 with the option of facial trauma call
• Large primary care referral base
• Subspecialists’ service population: over 1 million
• Opportunity to teach medical students, surgery residents, as well as IM and FM residents

• Compensation floor of $600,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
