Job Description

RYZ Labs is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Outbound Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing a team of sales representatives. Your primary focus will be on developing strategies to expand our market presence and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales representatives.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and penetrate new markets.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure efficient delivery of services.

- Set and achieve sales targets and quotas, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.

- Analyze industry patterns and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively.

- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in the CRM system.

- Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts to aid strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:


- 3-5 years of experience in an outbound sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a management position.

- Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM software.

- Advanced English skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
