Your Role and Responsibilities
Our SAP Service Line is a dynamic team who engages with clients to bring them deep industry expertise. As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy process technology and information to increase effectiveness reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical
solutions.
• Design and implement integration solutions including APIs middleware and data exchange protocols to connect
SAP with other systems.
• Oversee the configuration deployment and testing of integration solutions.
• Lead and manage SAP integration projects coordinating across teams and ensuring timely delivery.
• Define project scope goals and deliverables in alignment with business needs and IT objectives.
• Document and review E2E processes and requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• A master’s degree or MBA may be preferred for higher-level management roles.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP integration and project management
• At least one full S4 HANa implementation project in manufacturing industry
• Experience in SCM SAP modules
• Strong technical and cross functional background
• Proven track record of managing SAP integration projects with experience in ERP integration.
• Experience working in diverse IT environments and with global teams is often preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English – both written and verbal

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• German language knowledge
• SAP certification or SAP special training in any of SAP functional areas
