Package Specialist-SAP HANA Application Security

Your Role and Responsibilities
Role is SAP subject matter expert/architect role for Security.
Key responsibilities will involve working with Business Stakeholders, understanding requirements, translating user requirements into SAP IT scope, assessing impact on application & connected systems, estimating high level schedule and eƯorts to implement solution and ensure successful technical delivery.

Responsible for
- Designing and implementing SAP solutions for an organization.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Designs the overall structure of the SAP system, including modules, interfaces, and integration points.
- Ensure that the solution aligns with industry best practices and meets security and performance requirements.
- Smooth functioning of SAP applications, databases, and servers by performing tasks such as system installation, configuration,
monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting, handle user management, security administration, system upgrades, and
patches.
- Additionally, it may provide guidance to development teams and oversee the implementation process to ensure successful
delivery of the SAP solution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a SAP Basis consultant E2E implementation.
- Good knowledge or expertise in SAP Role Administration - Role build, test and trouble shooting. For S/4 HANA positions,
experience in S/4 role build and Fiori are a must
- Experience in BW Analysis authorisation
- Experience in security controls and audit
- Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, HANA database administration, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with SAP system installations, upgrades, and patches.
- Experience in SAP Solution manager (ITSM, Charm) are plus.
- Proficiency in SAP system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of SAP security concepts and user management.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate eƯectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced in English (Speaking, Written).
- SAP certifications for the mentioned role.
- Flexibility to work in diƯerent time zones.
- Fair communication and ability to work with internal and client stakeholders.

Candidate must have solid SAP Security Implementation experience with focus on Role authorizations.
Solid implementation and hands-on experience in ECC 6.0, S4 HANA / Fiori role build, design, Test, Go live & Hypercare phases.
Experience in working with stakeholders and leading SAP security projects.
Sound understanding of SOD - segregation of duties.
Support technical requirement gathering, develop prototypes/PoCs/recommend solutions with limited information from the business, delivery quality technical specifications and documentation
