Reports to: Principal Partnership Media, Brand Partnerships
The Role
The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for Brand Partnerships lead generation with B2B trade ads, digital media planning and execution to target new and existing relationships. This role will also manage the Media Boosting of Creator Collaboration Posts on behalf of clients, expanding the reach and potency of the product that also drives incremental revenue.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of digital media background including META, TIKTOK, Google and trade media experience, managing and coordinating budgets, planning calendars, assets, materials and approvals. Role requires marketing knowledge with creativity and passion to deliver bar-raising, best-in-class digital marketing.
The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and managing B2B digital trade and consumer paid social / boosting campaigns, working closely with lead generation marketing and creator collaboration sales analyzing results and performance.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop, strategize, and execute B-2-B trade and creator boosting campaigns against targeted audiences from ideation to post campaign analysis
- Optimize B2B spend to achieve healthy CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Manage initiatives by working cross-functionally with our Demand Generation, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
- Oversee and facilitate teams campaign operations and workflow deadlines, deliverables and processes to ensure successful and on-time campaign execution
- Support the Marketing team by monitoring KPIs (such as website traffic, top-of-funnel conversions, ads performance, and revenue) and informing on findings
- Perform analysis of key business metrics to evaluate success and growth opportunities
- Participation/preparation for team meetings and executive reviews
- Trade categories include 1) Retail Media Networks, 2) CPG, 3) DTC, 4) Parent Beauty.
- Boosting categories are typically retail fashion, beauty and home focused.
- Coordinate boosting efforts with Campaign Operations team
- Support Sales process for Media Boosting campaigns
Candidate will be responsible for nurturing healthy internal and external relationships with the intent of growing existing customer value, digital lead gen execution and creating an environment for continuous campaign improvement.
Key Measures:
- Effectively manage B2B spend achieving positive ROAS and CAC traffic and volume.
- Effectively manage Media Boosting on META and TIKTOK driving significant incremental traffic through boosted posts that beat industry standard media buy click through rates.
- Drive incremental revenue by supporting sales in growing existing client relationships, revenue streams and total revenue.
- Achievement of marketing implementation and success metrics
- Disciplined campaign development and execution
- Contributing to a robust and scalable funnel that grows relationships and revenue streams and overall revenue from existing clients
- Experience with HubSpot CRM Platform marketing preferred
- A self-starter, bar-raiser and natural collaborator, this role must build key connections both internally and externally, while communicating and delivering complex campaigns effectively.
- Able to report on performance, with understanding of multi-touch attribution modeling and experience sharing insights across teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications;
- 3+ years of experience generating b-to-b and consumer digital social media implementation and management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate to meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Natural bar-raiser; a “can-do” attitude, proactive, curious are absolute musts.
