Boomi is looking for an experienced Paid Digital Marketing Advisor to support our global growth. In this role, you'll operate as a main point of contact for team members across global marketing teams as well as our digital agency - developing innovative programs and campaigns that support the growth of the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core marketing technologies across digital like Google, Bing, and Adwords, with Marketo and Salesforce preferred and certifications being a plus. Equivalent technology proficiency will be considered. Other technologies that are used include Boomi, Bizible, Drift, & Rollworks.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, which includes conducting thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaign
  • Create, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
  • Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure optimal performance within financial constraints
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets while ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across paid search campaigns


The experience you bring:

  • 4+ years of experience working in a digital marketing capacity, preferably in B2B SaaS or an agency supporting B2B
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling paid search and display campaigns, driving business impact and hitting pipeline and revenue targets
  • Deep technical understanding of MarTech tools, preferably Marketo, Salesforce, web personalization tools, and intent tools

Key competencies: 

  • Analytical, metrics-driven, system-building mindset: you will help create the demand and marketing ops engine that will fuel Boomi’s growth!
  • You have strong communication skills and can turn complex concepts into compelling messaging, strategy, and campaigns
  • Beyond demand generation, you possess in-depth knowledge of marketing operations from lead scoring to lifecycle models, data management best practices, program structure, attribution models, and Salesforce reporting

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in the US begins at $83,739 USD annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
