Part Time Night Inserter

Summary:
Our Prairie Mountain Media facility is in need of motivated and dependable individuals to join our mailroom staff and be a part of a team responsible for inserting and mailing community newspapers across the CO area . You get to work in an innovative, creative, and friendly work environment.
What you will do:

• Hand inserting free standing inserts into the inserting machine
• Use the shrink wrap machine to wrap pallets
• Use pallet jacks to move materials with the mailroom and warehouse
• Supply an inserting station "pocket" with approximately 100 inserts at a time
• Proper usage of a "jogging" table aligning all inserts perfectly prior to loading a pocket
• Work on the bindery machine to load signatures
• Loading mail pieces into the mail machine and gathering address pieces off of the conveyor
• Responsible for daily cleanup of the mailroom

• Positive, energetic personality
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work 20-25 hours per week between 7:00 PM - 2:00 AM days may vary

The hourly wage is $14.42. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, MediaNews Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition program, and 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
