Partner Solutions Architect

The Opportunity 

The Beyond Identity Partner Solutions Architect is a technical lead that supports the global growth and scale of Beyond Identity’s strategic technology partnerships. As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our strategic partners to ideate, design, and prototype comprehensive integrations with leading cybersecurity solutions. You will be presenting the Beyond Identity platform to prospective customers, creating and delivering demonstrations of the products, and gathering customer technical requirements. The candidate will be result-oriented, passionate, a critical and strategic thinker, highly organized, have an ability to multitask and meet deadlines, a team player, work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment, and demonstrate calmness and composure.

This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, SaaS architecture, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both internal teams and external partners.

What You Can Expect to Do:

• Partner Collaboration: Collaborate closely with strategic partners to understand their solutions and explore potential joint integrations.   
• Solution Design: Design and prototype innovative joint solutions utilizing our Zero Trust Authentication platform to address critical customer challenges and opportunities.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in representing Beyond Identity to current and potential alliance partners.
• Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and documentation to enable partners to effectively promote, sell, and support our cybersecurity solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships with partner technical teams and solution architects to drive successful outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to align partner solutions with company objectives and roadmap.
• Explore new opportunities: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance our partner solutions and drive innovation.
• Develop domain expertise and thought leadership regarding the Technical and GTM partners' current areas of focus as well as in new areas for expansion.
• Lead Technical discussions and deliver a demo of the service and ease of integration to Partner’s Solutions Architect and Sales Engineers.
• Represent Beyond Identity at Partner global events, technical summits, and webinars.
• Manage technical partner relationships and integration with SSO, PAM, MDM, Endpoint Security, and SIEM Vendors.
• Communicate Partner and customer needs and product enhancements to Product Management & Engineering.

What We Hope You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience as Solutions Architect/Pre-Sales Engineer in Cyber Security SaaS offering.
• Experience working with technology partners and have a solid understanding of joint partner go-to-market strategy.
• Self-motivated, collaborative team player with a passion for cybersecurity and identity management and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
• Experience with at least one standard Authentication and provisioning protocol (e.g. OIDC, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, FIDO2)
• Experience working with Okta, ForgeRock, Microsoft Azure AD, ADFS, or PingFederate for Workforce IAM or Customer Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with highly skilled and experienced audiences within the partner and enterprise.
• An ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around a technical topic and conduct whiteboard sessions.
• Candidate must be a self-starter and possess the ability to deliver on commitments and deliverables in a timely manner and work independently
• Experience working with strategic partners or within a partner ecosystem to develop and deliver technology solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and years of experience.
