Job Description
Tellius enables organizations to get faster insights from their data using AI-powered automation. Any user can ask any question across billions of records via a Google-like interface, understand “why” metrics change via automated insights that surface hidden key drivers and trends, and get predictive recommendations — in a self-service manner. Unlike traditional BI tools, Tellius excels at ad hoc and exploratory data analysis, root-cause/trend insights and anomaly detection, and business-friendly advanced analytics.
Role Overview:
As a Partnerships Manager at Tellius, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with strategic partners, including technology providers, resellers, consultants, and industry influencers. You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, expanding Tellius' reach, and fostering long-term partnerships that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify, qualify, and establish relationships with potential strategic partners, including technology companies, consulting firms, and other relevant industry players.
- Manage existing partnerships, ensuring alignment with mutual goals and maximizing business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner integration and success.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring clear and effective communication of terms.
- Track partnership performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Tellius and build new connections.
- Stay current on market trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry, particularly in AI, SaaS, or data analytics.
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
Why Tellius?:
- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology and data analytics.
- A dynamic and collaborative team environment.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Remote-first company with flexible working hours.
