Payroll Support

Currently, we are looking to add Payroll Support to our global payroll team. This individual will help the Global Payroll Manager and Senior Payroll Specialist with compiling payroll data using Microsoft Excel and Google Suite systems for preparation for entry into the different payroll platforms.

What your day to day could consist of:

• Responsible for preparing, entering, and uploading payroll data for bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for US and International payrolls, using Workday, Cloudpay and Vistra 
• Assist with the review of weekly and semi-monthly timesheets for the US and Costa Rica.
• Assist with payroll audits/reviews for the US and International payrolls 
• Assist Senior Payroll Specialist and Payroll Manager with the compilation of data for commission and other types of payments using Excel and Google Sheets 
• Assist in answering payroll related questions using email and/or Slack
• Other projects/requests as needed

What is needed:

• 1-2 years of payroll experience, preferably in Tech/SaaS industry
• Knowledge of basic payroll principles and overtime rules
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite systems
• General knowledge of Accounting
• Self-motivated and a willingness to learn and take ownership of assignments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Must be detail oriented, accurate, and well organized
• Be proactive in nature
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

This is an exciting time to join ActiveCampaign as we build out our new office in Costa Rica. You will be a large part of developing our office culture in this new Central American hub location.
