As a People and Culture Administrator, you will be responsible for managing essential HR administrative tasks, particularly related to ADP entry, letter preparation, file maintenance, and census reporting. This role is instrumental in maintaining accurate and organized employee records, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
**This role is Part-Time 20 hours per week and not benefits eligible. **
Key Responsibilities:
· HRIS Data Entry:
o Utilizing ADP WFN and EV6, accurately input employee transactions such as transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations.
o Collaborate with the Payroll team to track, monitor and ensure payroll data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
o Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
o Collaborate with IT and P&C teams to implement system enhancements, updates, and integrations.
· Letter Preparation:
o Create, review, and distribute correspondence, including promotion, transfers and termination documents.
o Ensure that all documents adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
· File Maintenance:
o Maintain and organize both physical and digital employee files, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with data protection regulations.
o Develop and implement a systematic approach to document filing and retrieval.
· Census Reporting:
o Prepare and submit necessary census and compliance reports to regulatory bodies.
o Stay updated on legal requirements and industry best practices to ensure accurate reporting.
· Audit and Compliance Administrative Support:
o Participate in required internal and external audits, identifying, recommending or improving current processes.
· Reporting and Data Verification:
o Generate routine reports and analytics on HR-related data for decision-making and compliance.
· General Support:
o Provide support for other HR functions as needed, such as organization of P&C meetings, agenda preparation, minutes.
o May act as backup for team member onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR administrative roles, with knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and EV6/
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
