All about the role:

Purpose of the role is to implement People Services and Solutions(PS&S) Organization in North America which is part of broader New HRDelivery Model that Electrolux implements globally.

On that position, you will be also responsible for driving effective andefficient service delivery within the area of People Data, Payroll and Time andattendance, Employees/LM/HRBPs HR inquiries (Tier 0-2) in North Americaregion.

You will be a member of the broader People and Services Management teamin which you will be responsible for designing and driving short- and long-termstrategy for North America region but also contribute in building this functionglobally.

Reports to the Global Director of People Services and Solutions andmanages directly and indirectly operational teams of apprx 45 employees.

What you'll do:

Transformation:

This role involves establishing the People Services and Solutionsorganization in North America, including tasks like mapping, analysis,procedures, role transition, recruitment, and change management.

It also includes configuring new systems like Workday and HR ServiceNow, ensuring readiness with new communication channels, reporting lines, andresponsibilities.

Responsibilities extend to stabilizing the organization and optimizingWorkday usage. Lastly, the role translates the global vision into a strategicplan for North America.

Service Delivery:

  • Ensures excellent customer-oriented services by adhering to ServiceLevel Agreements (SLAs) and partnering with the business to address theirneeds.
  • Continuously manages service performance, implementing corrective andpreventive actions when necessary.
  • Establishes policies, guidelines, and processes to support servicedelivery aligned with PS&S objectives, stakeholder agreements, andcompliance with regulations and business continuity plans.
  • Identifies and manages control checkpoints to ensure compliance with theabove.
  • Drives service excellence through analyzing external and internalopportunities, collaborating closely with key stakeholders, and working withGlobal PS&S teams and COE functions.
  • Provides proper support for HR priorities in the region by closelycollaborating with the VP HR and key HR Managers.

Service Relationship:

  • Establishes and maintains client relationships (internal and external).
  • Represents PS&S in the NA HR Leadership team and collaboratesclosely with Global PS&S teams and Group COEs.
  • Coordinates service performance reviews with internal clients (VP HR, HRManagers, HR Heads of Global Organizations) to assess performance, addressissues, plan resources, and forecast.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction measurement and coordinatingimprovement actions.

Team Management:

  • Communicates effectively across organizational levels.
  • Builds and develops a high-performing and engaged PS&S organization,aligned with Electrolux values and the One-PS&S framework.
  • Participates actively in shaping the people strategy for regional andglobal PS&S.
  • Drives and maintains engagement during significant change processes.
  • Successfully replicates effective people frameworks from other regions.
  • Monitors performance, talent management, and development plans across NAPS&S teams.
  • Ensures compliance with facilities, time attendance, and laws.
  • Establishes and monitors PS&S headcount forecasts, plans, andbudgets.

Qualificationsrequired:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business
  • Masters degree and professional certification a plus
  • Min 5 years' leadership experience in global or regional HR Shared Services environments on autonomous positions requiring defining and driving strategy of the multi-level teams responsible for Employees Lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll area (in-house and/or outsourced payroll model)
  • Good understanding of technologies applied to HR Shared Service environments (Case Management, HR Portals,
  • Chatbot, Knowledge Management tools, Digital signature tools, E-archiving tools).
  • Knowledge of Workday or equivalent tools
