As a People Service Senior Specialist, you will provide high-level professional advice in HR Processes and systems and use knowledge about core systems and processes to drive operational alignment and efficiency across HR and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle medium to complex transactions related to people processes across the Hire to Retire processes
• Collaborate with the other P&S teams to case manage and resolve complex issues
• Train and support junior People Services team members on process clarifications and case management activities 
• Manage global support like reorganizations, redundancy processing etc
• Support in bulk changes and uploads of data arising out of different projects or events 
• Educate employees and make awareness about the self help options available for them in each opportunity
• Perform recurrent data audits and ensure corrective actions are completed
• Analyze trends of queries and proactively suggest areas for improvement
• Build strong peer relationships within the people services team and also the larger people organization
