As a People Service Specialist, you will provide high-level professional advice in HR Processes and systems and use knowledge about core systems and processes to drive operational alignment and efficiency across HR and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• •Support employees and managers with high quality response to their people-related queries within a short time frame. This is the N°1 priority for the role

  •Handle day to day transactions of different levels of complexity related to people processes across the Hire to Retire processes

  
  

  •Perform administrative work as needed by PX Team such as: issuing offer letters, employment documentation not available in self-service, and other.

  
  

  •Manage global support like reorganizations, redundancy processing etc.

  
  

  •Support in bulk changes and uploads of data arising out of different projects or events

  
  

  •Perform recurrent data audits and ensure corrective actions are completed

  
  

  •Educate employees and make awareness about the self-help options available for them in each opportunity

• Build strong peer relationships within the people services team and the larger people organization
