Job summary:

As a Performance Data Analyst, you play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting data to optimize organizational performance and achieve strategic goals. Leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail, you extract actionable insights from data, empowering stakeholders to make data-driven decisions that enhance operational efficiency and drive overall business performance.

Responsibilities: 

• Partnering with key stakeholders, including Fintech Growth Managers, to understand and prioritize analytics needs, focusing on critical metrics and KPIs that impact business outcomes.
• Proactively analyzing data to answer strategic questions, identifying factors that drive business performance and recommending areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
• Monitoring key financial metrics and operational KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to define performance targets and improvement initiatives.
• Creating performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track progress towards organizational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Supporting business planning processes and strategic decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and insightful reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Statistics or any relevant field 
• 1-2 years of experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in data extraction from various sources and data visualization using tools such as Python, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
• Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analysis is a plus 
• Previous experience in data analytics roles or growth roles is a plus
