Short Description:

In the role of Technical Test Lead you will be responsible for test strategies and plans based on project requirement. This will also involve leading test execution and defect management. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintain automation framework using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured etc. Should be good mentor and guide the team members. You will also contribute in creating solutions and approach for proposals on QA for our customers. Salary Range: AUD $ 101,232 - $102,031 (Annual Gross)

Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled hands-on Performance Engineer experience to collaborate with Design, Architects, PO, third party vendors and implement Performance Tunings solutions for cloud and in house applications, highly skilled Big Data, Payments, Microsoft Azure and AWS SaaS/PaaS services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate should have experience in custom coding in Java to build custom tools
• Implement Performance Tuning solutions and road map for the platform
• Develop Nonfunctional requirements for new and old platform
• Experience in Capacity planning
• Experience in Chaos engineering and SRE
• Hands on experience in various performance tuning tools
• Lead the design, development, and execution of performance test plans and test cases for Big Data, Payment's solutions and for multi cloud and third-party applications
• Oversee the analysis of performance test results to identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to implement performance improvements.
• Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure PaaS services, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Spark, Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Lake (Azure ELZ) for performance testing and optimization.
• Work with Cloudera Big Data technologies, Payments, Channel, Kafka, micro services Teradata, and Oracle to assess and enhance performance.
• Manage batch processes and scheduling using Control-M scheduler.
• Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide team members on performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Big Data performance testing and cloud technologies.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with industry standards and best practices.
