About the Position:

Our four current Otolaryngologists refer to this as the “Goldilocks” of job opportunities.

• A large enough group to limit time spent on call, but a community hospital to avoid the stressors of a regional institution.
• This position will bring our group to 5 otolaryngologists with the goal of increasing to 6.
• Flexibility to create a specific niche within the department, with consideration for candidates with fellowship training.
• 4-day work week, and 6 weeks of vacation time, allows plenty of free time to enjoy all the area has to offer.
• Competitive base salary on par with a 5-day work week, which is permanent and not a short-term teaser.

The Specifics 

• Base Salary: $465,000, Plus - Production Bonus and Quality Bonus.
• 4-day work week, 32 patient contact hours.
• EPIC EMR

• The hospital is a 403b, non-for-profit and qualifies for public student loan forgiveness.

Requirements

• MD/DO Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology at time of employment.
• Ability to be licensed in the State of Washington
• DEA, NPI and prescription authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
