Platform Designer

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Principal Purpose of Position:

• Provides business analysis within the framework of the Holman methodology, processes, tools and governance structures.

• Captures project business requirements via interviews with users, studying business processes and evaluation of existing systems, procedures and documentation

• Creates and maintains accurate and detailed requirements, scopes of work, functional specifications and associated documentation based on Holman project standards

• Administers the change control process.

• Identifies and reports on risks and issues and provides recommendations.

• Determines the scope and interfaces to existing systems and map out related requirements.

• Plans the testing based on the requirements/scope, develops test plans, conducts tests according to plan, including coordination of test participants.

• Becomes subject matter expert in projects assigned

• Acts as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams and support a collaborative environment.

• Conducts user training.

• Works directly with the project team throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery and implementation of the software solution

• Conducts post project interviews to determine lessons learned and provide recommendations for future improvements.

• Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of business experience.

Relevant Work Experience:

• 3+ years of business analysis and QA experience

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,210.00 - $117,760.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
