Your Role and Responsibilities
These platform components control various capabilities including data stores Layer 4 and Layer 7 connectivity authentication authorization and load balancing. You must have a passion for examining how things work internally and excellent collaboration skills since you will devise solutions to challenging problems in complex distributed systems with various different teams. Above all we are looking for team members with a keen sense of ownership resilience and drive.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience with Go or Python development. Go is the strongly preferred.
• Experience with container technology Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift
• Experience with the Kubernetes API including Custom Resources and the Operator/Controller pattern
- Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology or equivalent
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience with developing Kubernetes operators
• Experience with Ansible or similar automation platforms.
• Experience managing Linux systems in public cloud such as IBM Cloud Amazon Web Services (AWS) Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure
• Commercial experience with enterprise system monitoring
• Solid knowledge of hybrid cloud infrastructure and management such as Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization Amazon Web Services (AWS) Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure
