Who we are

Publica is the leading Advertising Platform for Connected Television. As audiences shift from Cable TV to Digital, Publica’s goal is to power the next generation of ad experiences on the big screen.

What we need to build together

The core of our platform is an Over-the-top (OTT) Header Bidding solution that enables publishers to run a unified auction between their direct sales and 30 video Sell Side Platforms (SSPs) and buyers. In addition, we provide an Audience Management solution based on our integration with multiple Data vendors and a Server-Side Ad Insertion solution. The Platform Operations Manager will manage the efficiency of the platform from a vendor/bidders perspective and look to optimize current and future integrations.                                                                                                                   

We are looking for someone who thrives at early stage companies and is comfortable wearing a few hats to move things forward. You ideally have deep OpenRTB and programmatic advertising experience and will work cross functionally between sales, integrations, yield, and product. You are comfortable proactively troubleshooting issues before engaging others. You know how to identify client fit, have excellent project management skills, and come up with your own creative solutions for integrations.

Things that we are looking for:

• Ability to project manage various integrations and projects across multiple teams.
• Experience with programmatic video ad serving, openRTB, VPAID/VAST. SSAI experience a plus
• Hands on experience with using troubleshooting tools such as postman, browser developer tools, or cmdline.
• Ample experience working with data; trend analyses, identifying issues through data, determining KPIs, etc
• Experience speaking with clients about technical integrations both in a sales and product oriented environments
• Expert communicator with the ability to understand and resolve client problems
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including qualitative and quantitative
