Platform Revenue Reporting Analyst

The Job/What You'll Do:

The Platform Revenue team manages all aspects of fee billing including fee calculation, fee validation, fee debiting/crediting, fee reconciliation, fee reporting, fee maintenance, and facilitation of fee payment to Financial Advisor Firms, Financial Advisors, and Strategists. In this role, the Platform Revenue Reporting Analyst will work closely with the team to help with reporting requests, dashboards and assist with projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to team members on complex analysis and Ad-Hoc reporting requests
• Prepare fee analysis for internal and external partners
• Prepare the daily team production dashboard
• Responsible for the monthly team production reports for Service and Operations dashboard
• Responsible for the monthly team key performance indicators dashboard for management
• Create monthly and quarterly dashboard for AMRS Fee collection and report to management
• Drive Platform Revenue reporting projects and improvements Process-improvement mindset - Proactively identifying reporting/ data gaps or challenges in various existing processes and controls

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Intermediate or above proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation
• Detail oriented with advanced problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong partnering abilities - able to work effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple physical locations
• Strong accountability and ownership
• Strong MS Office skills and the ability to quickly master other related business systems
• Strong business acumen that extends beyond the immediate team responsibilities
• Outstanding Customer Focus - seeing the "bigger" picture and ability to always identify what is in the best interest of the client and the firm
• Proactive in own growth and development and key to the growth and development as the team

Education & Experience:

• Financial Services or Billing Experience preferably but not required
• Bachelor's Degree preferably but not required
• Understand and leverage various operations applications and management information systems that support business needs, including but not limited to the workings and usage of data entry and processing systems, applications, data warehouses, report writing tools, and capacity planning systems and various other trading/reporting/billing systems/platforms etc.

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $70,000-$75,000.

This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location.

This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
