Portfolio Development Executive- Simulation

As part of a country or region Services organization, handles one services project or several unrelated services projects driving customers value realization. The projects handled are of medium to high size and complexity and could be part of a program. Executes the project(s) within the defined targeted outcomes, such as financial, schedule, scope and quality, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as key point of contact for Sales, Presales, Engagement Managers, Services Management and the customer for the project.

Job Overview:

As Portfolio Development Executive, candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Simcenter Simulation portfolio (product and services). This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, intuition for business, and strong listening skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within Simulation industry. Candidate will be a key player in growing our market presence, establishing strategic partnerships, and meeting revenue targets!

Responsibilities

• Identification of business opportunities!
• Plan Marketing/funnel generation strategies.
• Drive Deal form inception to closure.

Qualification & key skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the simulation or engineering technology industry (experience in the Aerospace, Defence, Marine and Start-ups from this segment is preferred)
• Strong understanding of simulation tools, technologies, and their applications from the likes of Siemens Simcenter, Ansys, Altair & Hexagon
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
