THE ROLE

Le Post Sale Administrator est le premier point de contact des clients (par téléphone, email et contact direct à la caisse) pour l’ensemble des taches après-vente, depuis la vente aux enchères jusqu’au paiement et à l’expédition ou à la collecte des œuvres. Son but est d’accompagner le client dans l’ensemble des démarches en veillant à fournir un service de haute qualité. Il s'agit d'un contrat d'un an.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assistance et accueil des clients, suivi et rĂ©solution de problèmes spĂ©cifiques rencontrĂ©s par les clients (litiges, questions…)
  • Tenue de la caisse lors des ouvertures au public, Encaissement des paiements en cartes bleues ou en espèces des lots achetĂ©s ou tout autre frais dĂ».
  • Emission des documents destinĂ©s aux clients (factures d’achat, bordereaux de retrait, documents de douanes Pablo, dĂ©charges…)
  • Relâche des lots (achats et invendus) et vĂ©rification de l’envoi de la bonne documentation douanière en vigueur (lots en AT, Cites, CBC, licences…)
  • Validation des devis de transport et encaissement des frais de transport en vue des relâches aux transporteurs.
  • Traitement des documents exports, remboursements de TVA, et documents d’exemption de taxes
  • Traitement et validation des autorisations de collecte par tiers.
  • Suivi des lots vendus, des frais de stockage, des intĂ©rĂŞts de retard, des frais de transport et rĂ©solution des problèmes d’inventaire
  • Coordination avec les diffĂ©rents dĂ©partements (logistique, transport, finance…)
  • Et tout autre projet assignĂ© par le manager

IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • ExpĂ©rience confirmĂ©e de la gestion de clientèle dans un environnement international et le domaine du luxe
  • Très bon relationnel clientèle et excellente prĂ©sentation
  • Bilingue anglais, une 3e langue apprĂ©ciĂ©e
  • OrganisĂ©(e), mĂ©thodique, rapide et enthousiaste
  • Conscience professionnelle et fiabilitĂ©
  • Savoir bien gĂ©rer son stress
  • Très bon esprit d'Ă©quipe
  • Connaissance de SAP serait un plus
  • Formation comptable et ou financière serait un plus
