Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Power Platform Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI. You will play a key role in automating business processes, improving operational efficiency, and implementing applications to the business or RPA micro processes.

Additionally, you will oversee the governance of these technologies, working closely with business stakeholders to establish best practices, optimize usage, and ensure alignment with organizational policies. Your contributions will enable the seamless integration of these tools across various business functions, enhancing productivity and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.

• Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions that align with their objectives.

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for Power Platform technologies, ensuring compliance, scalability, and effective use.

• Provide technical guidance and training to business users to promote self-service and maximize the value of the Power Platform.

• Continuously explore and implement enhancements to existing solutions, staying updated with the latest technology advancements.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Spanish is a nice to have.

• 4 to 8 years of professional experience in technology development, including expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) . 

• Coding experience in Java or .Net, C#, Python are also relevant skills.

• Strong understanding of governance practices for enterprise technology tools, including policy creation, access control, and usage monitoring.

• Nice to have is having experience implementing RPA processes.

• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and technology innovation.
