Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

What your background should look like:

• immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Betriebs- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaft, der uns im Rahmen eines 4-6-monatigen Pflichtpraktikums unterstützt

• oder Bewerber*innen, die sich gerade in einer Ausbildung/ Umschulung/ Neuorientierung befinden
• Praxiserfahrungen im Bereich Personalwesen / Human Resources sind von Vorteil
• sichere Anwendungskenntnisse der MS-Office-Programme, insbesondere Excel und Word
• ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
• sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
