Press Operator-Day Shift

This position is for Pactiv Evergreen Inc.

Job Function:

Operate equipment that presses molded fiber egg cartons. Specific responsibilities include the following:

• Troubleshoot and identify machine issues and communicate as needed
• Maintain equipment
• Identify defective product
• Use basic hand tools to accomplish responsibilities
• Observe all housekeeping, standard work and safety guidelines

• Mechanical aptitude
• Problem solving skills
• Eye-hand coordination and dexterity, sufficient for product handling
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
