We are looking for a Pricing Analyst II to join our high performing team based in Athens. Pricing Analysts at Blueground focus on identifying opportunities, conducting rigorous analyses, defining metrics, and generating insights to provide actionable recommendations. As a Pricing Analyst you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and city General Managers across multiple markets. What you will focus on:

  • Define market level strategy and support pricing operations
  • Develop dashboards and reports to assess the performance and impact of pricing decisions
  • Lead cross-functional projects & partner with managers to better understand business goals, develop strategies & ensure successful implementation
  • Build models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of every market
  • Communicate data analyses and recommendations to leadership and relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop demand and pricing forecasting models
  • Research market trends and competitor data to identify revenue optimization opportunities

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience on an analytical and/or consulting role
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Be data-driven and detail-oriented, with an eye for the larger picture and long-term implications
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, drive alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of SQL will be considered a plus
  • Fluency in English
