Primary care OPPORTUNITIES IN THE BEAUTIFUL BLACK HILLS OF SOUTH DAKOTA

Monument Health is seeking primary care physicians throughout multiple locations in Western South Dakota. We currently have 6 primary care positions open within our system:

Lead-Deadwood, SD – Family Medicine: Outpatient/Hospitalist/ED. Advanced Practice Providers staff the ED and physicians provide back up call (1:4).

Sturgis, SD – Family Medicine: Outpatient/Hospitalist/ED.  Physicians practice in the clinic approximately three days per week and participate in 24-hour coverage in the Hospital/ED call rotation (1:6).

Rapid City, SD – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine: Outpatient only. Practice is located in a multi-specialty clinic providing collaboration with Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Travel Medicine and Pulmonary physicians.

Spearfish, SD – Family Medicine: Outpatient only.  Physicians participate in rotating city call and Urgent Care call coverage (1:8). Spearfish is a busy medical community with a 42-bed, level 4 trauma center hospital.

Hot Springs, SD – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine: Outpatient only.  Ambulatory clinic practice includes scheduled clinic hours Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
